On Tweemall, all orders can be delivered for free.Delivery takes 5~15 days from the date of payment confirmation. (Saturdays and holidays are excluded from the delivery date.) We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days to request a return from the date you receive your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 3 business days.
