Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Important Notes
✔ If you wish to exchange or return an item after receiving it, please contact us in advance and submit your request to support.global@twee.co.kr so we can assist you with the return process.
✔ Returns and exchanges are only accepted if a return request is submitted through our website’s customer service center within 7 days of receipt.
✔ Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment themselves and sending the item to the designated return address after submitting a return request in advance.
✔ If an item is shipped without a prior exchange or return request, it may be returned directly to the customer without further notice.
✔ After submitting your exchange or return request, please email support.global@twee.co.kr so we can process your request more quickly.
✔ Exchanges and refunds are not possible if the clothing tags have been removed or damaged.
Shipping Costs
✔ Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment themselves and sending the item to the designated return address after submitting a return request in advance.
✔ Customers are responsible for all return-related costs, including return shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, import/export fees, and any other charges that may occur during the return process.
✔ Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges related to the return shipment must be prepaid by the customer. TWEE is not responsible for unpaid customs duties, taxes, or return-related charges.
✔ If any unpaid customs duties, taxes, or additional charges occur upon arrival, the return may be refused or returned to the customer.
No Returns Accepted
We accept exchange and return requests in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. However, returns and exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:
✔ If more than 7 days have passed since the item was received.
✔ Items that may show signs of wear after trying on, or hygiene-sensitive items such as stockings, leggings, lingerie, bikinis, and similar products.
✔ Even if the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, returns cannot be processed for items that have been worn, washed, repaired, altered, or damaged after receipt.
✔ Loose threads, storage marks, wrinkles, or minor finishing details are not considered product defects. For exchanges due to product defects, please contact us through the Q&A section or email us, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Cases Not Considered Quality Issues
✔ Wool, angora, rabbit fur, and other fur-like materials may shed or attract lint. Shedding may be reduced after dry cleaning.
✔ If the buttonholes of a jacket, pants, shirt, or blouse are partially closed or slightly blocked, you may carefully trim them before wearing.
✔ Due to different measurement methods or measurement points, there may be a 1–3 cm difference in size. Even for the same product, slight size differences may occur due to fabric shrinkage or dyeing processes.
✔ Dark-colored and denim fabrics may experience color transfer or fading due to the nature of the dyeing process.
✔ Due to the characteristics of the fabric, a natural fabric odor may be present. Since products are inspected and shipped shortly after arrival, there may be a natural fabric or washing odor. Hanging the item in a well-ventilated area can help remove the odor.
✔ The zipper on belted items may feel slightly stiff due to its stepped design. Please straighten the zipper before wearing.
✔ Denim products may contain small pebbles or sand in the pockets due to the stone-washing process.
✔ During stone washing, friction from stones may cause slight pilling on the new product or pocket lining.
✔ Although we inspect all items carefully before shipping, some seams or loose threads may remain due to the nature of mass production. Please remove them carefully with scissors before wearing.
✔ For single-breasted, plaid, or pocketed tops, pattern placement may vary due to mass production.
✔ Actual measurements are based on the average size listed in the size chart. A difference of approximately 1–3 cm may occur depending on the measurement standard.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after your return has been approved, please contact us at support.global@twee.co.kr.
