Shipping Policy

Shipping

✔ We offer free shipping on orders over USD $59.

✔ Delivery usually takes approximately 5 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included in the estimated delivery period.

✔ Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, local courier circumstances, an invalid shipping address, or other unexpected delays.

✔ Orders are shipped via express carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you can check the tracking information in your order details.

✔ If the order volume increases or if there is any expected delay, we will notify you in advance.

Bundled Shipments

✔ If your order includes multiple items and one or more items are delayed, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready.

✔ If you would like the available items to be shipped separately, please contact our customer service team or submit an inquiry through the bulletin board before shipment.

✔ Please note that any additional shipping costs caused by customer request, change of mind, exchange, or return before shipment may be borne by the customer.

Address and Delivery Issues

✔ Please make sure that the recipient’s name, shipping address, and contact information are entered correctly when placing your order.

✔ If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, recipient absence, refusal to receive, or failure to contact the customer, the customer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

✔ The recipient name entered when placing the order must match the actual recipient’s name for smooth delivery and customs clearance.

Payment and Order Cancellation

✔ If payment is not completed within 7 days of placing the order, the order may be automatically cancelled.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

✔ All international shipments from TWEE are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated.

✔ This means that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and any other related charges may be applied once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

✔ Any customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs authority.

✔ For express shipping, any possible tariffs, duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other related costs are borne by the customer.

✔ If the customer refuses to accept the parcel due to customs duties, import taxes, or other related charges, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, and any additional costs incurred.

✔ TWEE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, unpaid duties or taxes, customs inspections, or local delivery issues.

✔ In accordance with customs regulations, TWEE cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
