On Tweemall, all orders can be delivered for free.Delivery takes 5~15 days from the date of payment confirmation. (Saturdays and holidays are excluded from the delivery date.) We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days to request a return from the date you receive your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

We will notify you after receiving and checking your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
