On Tweemall, all orders over $79 can be delivered for free.
Delivery takes 5~10 days from the date of payment confirmation. (Saturdays and holidays are excluded from the delivery date.) If the order volume surges, we will notify you in advance and contact you separately.

In the case of bundled delivery, if there are delayed items in the warehouse, part of the delivery will continue. If you do not want partial delivery, please contact the customer center or the bulletin board and we will confirm it for you.

Please understand that the exchange and return shipping costs caused by subsequent shipments are borne by the customer.
For returns caused by inaccurate addresses or poor communication, the customer must bear the round-trip shipping costs.
The name of the consignee entered when ordering must be the same as the name of the actual consignee. If no deposit is made within 7 days, it will be automatically canceled.
We will send it by air express, and the delivery tracking can be confirmed in "Order Details Inquiry".

Note: Mountainous areas, remote areas, some areas, etc. may increase shipping costs.

We will accept exchange and return requests in accordance with the relevant laws on consumer protection and the principle of product return and exchange.

In the following cases, exchanges and returns cannot be accepted. Please confirm before acceptance.

-If the product label is damaged or removed-Within 7 days after receiving the product
-Pollution caused by foreign matter and strong odor, body odor, ear infection, damage, product quality damage due to burrs, etc.
-Defective products, worn and washed, and repaired products cannot be handled.
